From a studio I built myself to the company's content system. I saw the gap, shipped v1 solo with Claude Code, wrote down where it failed, and rebuilt it twice with engineering inside the company's production stack. 8,118 localized variants across 28 locales in the index, 25 markets live (Sep 2026).
